You’ll be embedded within a close-knit marketing team, taking a lead role across retention and lifecycle activity at a pivotal moment of growth. Key Responsibilities- Owning CRM and lifecycle marketing execution across email, push and SMS channels
- Building and refining customer journeys - from first purchase through to reactivation
- Feeding into the broader retention strategy with a focus on frequency, repeat rate and LTV
- Spotting and acting on opportunities to boost engagement and conversion
- Playing a key role in campaign planning and delivery across trading peaks
