Key Responsibilities
- Own retail marketing initiatives end-to-end, from strategy and planning through to execution, optimisation, reporting and budget management.
- Lead retail activations designed to drive footfall, increase dwell time and improve in-store conversion across UK stores.
- Deliver seasonal campaigns, UK-led retail moments and localisation of key Pan-European commercial calendar activations.
- Collaborate across Brand Experience, CRM & Loyalty, Media, PR, Social and VIP teams to ensure joined-up delivery.
- Shape retail-led content and storytelling, working with Social, PR, CRM and creators/influencers shooting content in-store.
- Feed learnings and performance insights back into the wider organisation to inform continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in retail marketing or retail activation within a consumer brand environment.
- Proven ability to own initiatives end-to-end in a complex, matrixed organisation.
- Experience working closely with CRM and loyalty teams to drive store traffic.
- Commercially minded, operationally confident and comfortable working at scale.
- Strong external market awareness, drawing inspiration from apparel and adjacent consumer sectors.
Project Scope & Duration
- Initial 3-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension.
- 4 days pw.
- Day Rate: Inside IR35.
Location & Workplace Policy
- Office based ideally 2-3 days per week.
- IR35 Status: Inside IR35.
