We’re looking for a proactive Paid Search Manager to take full ownership of Google and Microsoft Ads campaigns. This role is about more than clicks and conversions – you’ll help shape how the brand is discovered and experienced online, combining strategic thinking with hands-on optimisation.
You’ll join a fast-growing DTC wellness/consumer health brand, leading campaigns that attract new customers while strengthening brand recognition across multiple touchpoints.
What You’ll Do- Manage end-to-end PPC campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube.
- Build and refine full-funnel strategies that convert awareness into sales.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to deliver audience-specific messaging and landing page experiences.
- Use paid search not just for acquisition but to increase brand visibility and branded search volume.
- Analyse results and leverage attribution and reporting tools to inform budget allocation and optimisation.
- Continuously test creatives, copy, targeting, and funnels to improve performance.
- Collaborate with Paid Social and Lifecycle teams for consistent cross-channel messaging.
- Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
- Hands-on experience running and scaling PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing, from top-of-funnel awareness to retargeting and retention.
- Skilled at creating segmented campaigns and educational/advertorial funnels.
- Analytical and data-driven, able to turn insights into actionable improvements.
- Experienced in testing messaging and creative, identifying winning hooks.
- Strong communicator who works effectively with creative, marketing, and analytics teams.
- Curious, self-motivated, and passionate about optimising campaigns for impact and efficiency.
