A fast-growing, culturally driven wellness brand is looking for a Middleweight Graphic Designer (Digital) to create standout, performance-led content across key digital channels. The Role
- Own digital design across website, email, Meta, Amazon, and TikTok
- Create high-quality, performance-driven assets across static and motion
- Adapt creative for different markets and platforms
- Contribute to campaign work, from concepting through to execution
- Experiment with AI tools to create and scale content
- Collaborate with marketing and ecommerce teams to drive results
- Manage multiple briefs, delivering at pace without compromising quality
About You
- 3-5 years' experience in digital design (D2C, e-commerce, or FMCG ideal)
- Strong portfolio of performance-led creative across social and digital
- Advanced in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere/After Effects)
- Confident creating both static and motion content
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in creative workflows
- Strong eye for layout, typography, and detail
- Fast, adaptable, and comfortable in a high-growth environment
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Full-time London – Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day WFH)
