You'll take ownership of a brand at scale - shaping how it shows up across campaigns, digital, retail and cultural moments. You'll act as the creative custodian, elevating design standards and building a distinctive, modern visual identity across every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the visual identity across digital, social, print and in-store environments
  • Lead creative direction for campaigns, product launches and cultural activations
  • Deliver social-first, motion-led content across platforms like TikTok and Instagram
  • Create assets across packaging, retail, events, CRM and digital channels
  • Build scalable design systems, templates and toolkits
  • Manage multiple projects and collaborate across marketing, social and external partners
  • Brief and oversee freelancers, agencies and production partners

Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience across brand, motion, digital and print design in house or with an agency with a focus on youth, music and fashion industry
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand ownership across static and motion work
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) + AI softwares
  • Experience designing across multiple formats including social, packaging and retail
  • Strong conceptual thinking and creative judgement
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
