With a growing in-house creative team and a vibrant, collaborative culture, this role offers the chance to help shape integrated campaigns across digital, print and brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of creative work across digital, print and branding projects, from concept through to final artwork.
- Work closely with senior designers, internal teams and occasionally clients to understand briefs and deliver effective design solutions.
- Champion brand consistency across all applications, including new business materials, client work and internal collateral.
- Develop visual concepts and solve communication challenges through innovative, engaging design.
- Contribute to brainstorms and idea generation across the creative team.
- Manage multiple design projects at once, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Skills & Experience
- Agency experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong creative thinking, brand application and execution across multiple formats.
- Confident using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and Canva; working knowledge of PowerPoint essential; Figma experience desirable.
- Experience producing digital and print assets including social content, brochures, presentations, infographics and campaign materials.
- Strong eye for detail, excellent organisation skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of healthcare communications is a plus.

- £30-35k (DOE)
