A fast-growing, VC-backed consumer health brand is on the hunt for a Junior Creative Strategist to join a high-performing, senior marketing team, and grow fast. This is a brand redefining a real health category with storytelling, and cultural relevance. The marketing function is experienced and ambitious. What they need now is someone early in their career who brings fresh creative instincts, a genuine curiosity about what makes content perform, and the hunger to learn from the best in the room.
This is a rare opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career creative to get unusually broad exposure to paid social, organic content, creator marketing, and performance strategy, all inside a brand that genuinely matters.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Performance Creative Strategist across the end-to-end paid creative process: research, scripting, briefing, feedback loops, and asset organisation.
- Run the organic content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms, writing copy, coordinating shoots, editing short-form video, and publishing on schedule.
- Repurpose top-performing paid creative for organic and vice versa, maximising output from every asset.
- Own day-to-day creator coordination: outreach, briefing, product seeding, tracking deliverables, and managing relationships.
- Manage community engagement across platforms, responding to comments and DMs in a way that builds trust and reflects the brand.
- Track weekly performance across paid and organic channels: hook rate, CTR, CVR, watch time, engagement rate, saves, and follower growth.
- Pull insights into simple reports that feed directly into next week's content decisions.
- Keep the asset library, creative tracker, and content calendar clean and current.
- Fresh graduate or early-career - straight out of university is absolutely fine.
- A strong academic background: your degree, how you think, and what you achieved during your studies all matter here.
- Something that sets you apart - a genuine creative passion, personal project, or story that shows you understand what makes content land.
- A clear point of view on Meta and paid social: hooks, CTR, visual creative, and what works and why.
- Analytically curious, comfortable reading performance data and quick to act on what it says.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment.
- Have hands-on experience producing short-form video for TikTok or Instagram.
- Have worked with creators, UGC, or influencer seeding in any capacity.
- Have any experience in a DTC, wellness, or high-growth startup environment.
- Are comfortable in CapCut, Premiere, Canva, or similar tools.
- Join a high-growth, VC-backed startup at an early, pivotal stage.
- Get unusually broad exposure to paid social, organic, creator, and performance marketing all in one role.
- Learn directly from a senior, highly experienced marketing team.
- Fast-track your growth in a brand that's building something genuinely category-defining.
