A fast-growing, multi-brand business is looking for a Junior Brand Designer to join its in-house creative team — a brilliant opportunity for a designer with 1–2 years' experience to build their skills across a diverse brand portfolio in a high-energy, scaling environment.
Working alongside the Brand Designer, you'll help uphold brand consistency across five distinct brands, create high-impact marketing and sales collateral, and empower teams across the business with self-service design templates.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing on-brand materials — proposals, presentations, brochures, one-pagers and digital assets
- Maintaining brand guidelines and visual standards across multiple brands
- Building user-friendly PowerPoint and Word templates for teams across the business
- Collaborating with marketing, product and revenue teams on campaign assets and website updates
- Keeping design libraries organised and version-controlled as the business scales
What we're looking for:
- 1–2 years in a graphic or brand design role (or strong internships, ideally in-house)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) plus Figma
- Strong PowerPoint and Word template skills
- Videography experience (shooting and editing) — a real bonus for brand storytelling
- Knowledge of both print and digital design, and confidence using AI tools
- Sharp attention to detail and the adaptability to switch between brand styles at pace
Salary: £26,000 – £35,000
