A fast-growing social first business is launching a new proposition in the creator economy — building a talent network that combines strong editorial credibility, established brand relationships and cross-platform reach. They're now looking for a Head of Creators to shape this proposition, lead an existing roster of in-house talent, and build out a network of signed external creators.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish the creator management division from scratch, onboarding existing creators and setting up the operational model of a leading talent business.
- Assess the existing pool of internal creators and define the wider creator strategy, identifying immediate and future opportunities.
- Manage and develop internal creators, building individual content and personal brand strategies across their portfolios.
- Lead on signing external creators who fit the network's proposition, for both active management and wider campaign activation.
- Drive commercial revenue from day one, working closely with the sales team to package creator opportunities into the wider commercial ecosystem.
- Build long-term brand partnerships for creators, leading on negotiation and relationship-building to access influencer media budgets.
Skills & Experience
- 6–9 years' experience in talent management, creator representation or influencer marketing, with meaningful time spent at a senior level.
- A track record managing high-profile, high-earning talent and negotiating significant commercial deals.
- An established network across brands, agencies, media companies and creators.
- Deep knowledge of the creator economy, with a clear view on where the space is heading.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary circa £80,000 plus a commission structure tied to revenue generated.
- 25 days' holiday, increasing by 1 day per year up to 30.
