We are representing a high-growth, AI-driven tech business on a mission to accelerate the global transition to clean, affordable power. Operating at the intersection of energy, transport, and artificial intelligence, they provide an integrated hardware and software platform that has already achieved exponential growth across Europe. With established partnerships alongside major global brands, they are now seeking a visionary Head of Brand Marketing to evolve their identity into a global household name.
The Role
This is a strategic leadership position designed for someone who views "brand" as a powerful commercial engine. You will be responsible for defining how the company shows up in the world, ensuring the brand is distinctive, trusted, and scalable across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Evolution: Own the strategy, visual identity, and creative direction as the business scales into new markets.
- Creative Production: Build a high-velocity creative "engine," developing toolkits and campaigns that empower local teams.
- PR & Reputation: Lead communications, media relations, and thought leadership to solidify the company’s position as a market authority.
- B2B & Partner Marketing: Develop high-impact campaigns for automotive partners, retailers, and wholesalers to drive sales enablement.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Work closely with Product and Growth teams to ensure storytelling is both authentic and conversion-focused.
Your Profile
You are a brand-obsessed leader who thrives in fast-paced, "data-first" environments. You know how to take complex technology and turn it into a compelling, human story.
Experience: Significant track record leading brand and B2B marketing within a fast-growing tech or scale-up environment.
Scalability: You don’t just "do" creative; you build systems and toolkits that allow creative to scale.
Communication: Expert in managing PR and external reputation at a high level.
Commercial Mindset: Ability to balance long-term brand equity with the immediate demands of a high-growth sales cycle.
