Major Players are partnering with a reputable independent brand experience agency to hire an Experiential Producer. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established team and an agency that is growing globally. You will play a key role in developing client relationships, inputting creatively and executing stand-out brand experiences from conferences to festivals and activations for a range of B2B and B2C clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience working both in the UK and Middle East, with excellent knowledge of contacts, suppliers, logistics and licensing laws/requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Strengthen existing client relationships and establish new ones by delivering standout experiences and mining new opportunities.
- Lead the planning and execution of experiences, overseeing the projects end to end, from brief/pitch through to reconciliation.
- Take a leading role liaising with clients on presentation development; budget management; logistics planning and venue or virtual platform selection.
- Ensure all MSA and SLAs are monitored and met.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager/Producer, within a brand experience or integrated agency environment.
- Proven experience managing and growing accounts and developing client relationships.
- Proven experience working across both B2B & B2C accounts, with delivery spanning conferences, festivals, exhibitions, experiential product launches, tech and virtual platforms.
- Be confident creating and delivering well-structured client decks - you must be able to present in an articulate manner and lead client calls/meetings.
- Exceptional ability to establish relationships and maintain a positive rapport with clients and supplier partners.
- Advanced project management and budgeting skills.
- Previous experience managing projects end to end across all touch points.
- Excellent supplier management and negotiation and risk management skills.
- Knowledge of EU laws and best practices - experience working in the Middle East would be highly advantageous.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace (Paprika and Slack would be a plus!).
Salary: £40-50,000, depending on experience.
Start date: As soon as possible.
Office Location: South East London - 3 days per week in office.
