We’re working with a well-known, fast-paced consumer brand looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to step in and drive immediate impact across their marketing function. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of multi-channel performance, lead a team, and shape strategy across paid media, CRM, and data. You’ll play a key role in delivering commercial results quickly, while ensuring marketing output remains high quality and brand-led.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimise performance across paid media channels, including Google and Meta
  • Own and manage marketing budgets, driving efficiency and performance against business targets
  • Oversee cross-channel strategy planning, including CRM and email marketing
  • Champion data-led decision making, turning insights into actionable strategy
  • Lead email and CRM optimisation, including segmentation and automation planning
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, driving accountability and delivery
  • Establish clear processes and ways of working to improve operational efficiency
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across European teams, communicating strategy and performance clearly
  • Collaborate with creative teams and external partners to deliver high-quality output

Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience across paid media channels (Google, Meta) with a performance mindset
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and drive measurable commercial results
  • Experience leading cross-channel marketing strategies, including CRM and email
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to translate insights into clear actions
  • Experience with email platforms and customer segmentation strategies
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership experience
