The role

We are looking for an experienced Ad Operations Manager to join a specialist team responsible for the implementation and delivery of high-profile digital advertising campaigns. This is a non-client-specific role, meaning you will work across the full agency portfolio - offering broad exposure and genuine variety from day one. You will be involved in campaigns from inception through to delivery, taking ownership of setup, management, quality assurance and ongoing optimisation. If you are technically capable, highly organised, and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a specialist and growing sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Campaign setup, trafficking, and management across multiple platforms
  • Quality assurance of ad creatives against campaign specifications

  • Collaborating closely with account management teams

Skills & experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Ad Operations
  • Google Campaign Manager experience - essential
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
