You will take ownership of a brand at scale - shaping how it shows up across campaigns, digital, retail and cultural moments. You will act as the creative custodian, elevating design standards and building a distinctive, modern visual identity across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the visual identity across digital, social, print and in-store environments
- Lead creative direction for campaigns, product launches and cultural activations
- Deliver social-first, motion-led content across platforms like TikTok and Instagram
- Create assets across packaging, retail, events, CRM and digital channels
- Build scalable design systems, templates and toolkits
- Manage multiple projects and collaborate across marketing, social and external partners
- Brief and oversee freelancers, agencies and production partners
Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience across brand, motion, digital and print design in house or with an agency with a focus on youth, music and fashion industry
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand ownership across static and motion work
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) + AI software
- Experience designing across multiple formats including social, packaging and retail
- Strong conceptual thinking and creative judgement
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
Salary & Benefits
