Major Players are partnering with an established integrated creative agency based in Kent, to recruit for a Production/Project Executive to assist on their flagship client account in the beauty space. This is an entry level role or ideal for someone with 1 year’s experience – you will be supporting the wider senior team, working across multiple campaigns, gaining exposure to key stakeholders and ensuring work is delivered on time. This agency works with globally renowned, creatively driven brands on end to end integrated campaigns, so this is a rare and exciting opportunity to kick start your career in a reputable agency that will nurture, develop and grow your skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day project management across multiple accounts - maintaining schedules, status trackers, and flagging risks early.
- Attend creative briefings and review sessions, capturing key information, distributing actions, and tracking feedback rounds to keep projects progressing smoothly.
- Assist with cost estimates, time plans, and scopes of work under guidance from the senior Production team.
- Support daily resource meetings, helping to track team capacity and identify scheduling challenges ahead of time.
- Coordinate and assist with the delivery of final project assets — supporting quality control checks before anything goes out the door.
- Keep project files, documentation, and trackers organised and up to date.
Skills required:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Clear, confident communicator, written and verbal.
- Proactive and solutions-focused, someone who spots what needs doing and gets on with it.
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- A genuine interest in creative production and agency life.
- Previous experience in an agency or production environment is a bonus, but not essential.
Hours: Full time
Salary: £27-30,000, dependent on experience + Benefits
Office Location: Kent (45 min train ride to London/47 miles)
Office requirements: 3 days per week in the office (Tues-Thurs) **please note it is essential that you’re able to commute to the Kent office 3 days per week (there is parking on-site)
