An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Junior Digital Designer to join a growing creative studio delivering digital and brand-led work. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants broad exposure across web, brand and marketing projects while developing within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create design assets across websites, email campaigns and printed marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure creative concepts are translated accurately and effectively online.
  • Support the upkeep of the company website, including uploading new content and showcasing recent projects.
  • Assist with managing and updating WordPress content.
  • Present design ideas internally, clearly explaining your thinking and design choices.
  • Work closely with senior creatives and project managers to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.

Skills & Experience

  • Up to 2 years' experience in a digital agency.
  • Confident using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Solid understanding of digital design principles and how websites function.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to seek feedback.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for contributing ideas.
  • Basic motion or video editing skills advantageous but not essential.

Salary & Benefits

  • £28-35k per annum.
  • 25 days' annual leave, plus an additional day for every four years of service.
