Major Players are partnering with an independent branding agency, looking for a proactive and motivated Junior Account Manager to support the delivery of high-quality client work across brand, innovation, and experience projects. This role is ideal for someone early in their career, with 1-2 years of client services experience, who is eager to learn, develop client management skills, and contribute to both creative and strategic processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Work closely with senior team members to contribute to overall project outputs
  • Take increasing ownership of individual responsibilities and proactively flag challenges
  • Assist in preparing and presenting work internally and, over time, to clients
  • Contribute to new business initiatives and support marketing outputs
  • Support research and insight gathering across cultural, consumer, and industry trends
  • Contribute to strategic thinking, storytelling, and creative development
  • Gain exposure to tools and methodologies across innovation and experience design
  • Demonstrate curiosity in client interactions, asking thoughtful questions to uncover opportunities
  • Support strategic discussions and contribute to client presentations
  • Stay informed on trends and feed insights into the wider team
  • Work cross-functionally with creative and strategy teams to deliver cohesive outputs
  • Support wider team initiatives including pitches, RFPs, and growth projects
  • Assist with resource coordination and project planning where needed
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders

Experience required

  • 2+ years' experience in account management or project management, ideally within a branding agency
  • Ability to travel internationally at least twice per quarter for client workshops, key project meetings, and to spend time on the ground with clients.

Hours: Full time (9am - 6pm)

Salary: £30-35,000 depending on experience

Office Location: East Central London - 3 days per week in office (Mondays and Thursdays essential)
