The Role:

As an Influencer, you will sit within the influencer marketing division, responsible for driving the execution and delivery of influencer-led campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll manage relationships with both clients and influencers, ensuring seamless campaign execution from start to finish. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional organisational skills, and possesses a deep understanding of influencer marketing dynamics. If you’re someone who knows how to deliver campaigns that resonate and perform, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end process of influencer marketing campaigns, from strategy development to execution and post-campaign reporting. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
  • Client Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, managing expectations, and providing regular updates on campaign performance.
  • Influencer & Talent Management: Work directly with influencers, creators, and their agents to ensure smooth campaign execution. You’ll be responsible for briefing influencers, negotiating terms, managing deliverables, and ensuring brand alignment.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling influencer strategies that align with client goals, audience demographics, and platform best practices.
  • Influencer Performance Tracking: Analyse influencer performance, providing data-driven insights to clients on campaign effectiveness, engagement, and ROI.
  • Internal Workflow & Organisation: Efficiently manage internal processes, workflows, and tools to ensure that projects are tracked and all deliverables are met in a timely manner.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong background in influencer marketing, with experience managing influencer campaigns across social media platforms.
  • Experience working directly with influencers, creators, and agents, and a deep understanding of the influencer ecosystem and best practices for content creation.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to communicate effectively, manage expectations, and provide high-level strategic input.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensure timelines are met, and keep internal and external stakeholders aligned.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer tools, and measurement metrics.
  • Passion for basketball and/or gaming, enabling you to engage with both influencers and clients in a more authentic, relatable way.
  • Manchester based (or nearby) with the ability to be in the office at least 3 days a week.
