🌍 Freelance Associate Director – Creator Strategy
I\’m looking for a brilliant senior Influencer Associate Director (creator strategy) to join a leading global agency with one of their flagship beauty & wellbeing clients. This is a high-profile role with a global remit, focused on shaping and delivering creator-first strategy at scale.
✨ October start
✨ £350-400per day (outside IR35)
✨ Part Time – 3 days per week (London-based, Weds & Thurs in-office)
✨ Contract: 3 months with review to extend
The Opportunity
You\’ll act as a senior strategic partner, responsible for embedding creator marketing into the global social agenda of a major beauty & wellness client. Sitting alongside global brand and comms leaders, your work will influence direction, unlock investment, and elevate how creator partnerships fuel brand love worldwide.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership – Develop and refine the global creator strategy, ensuring alignment with the wider brand marketing and social-first agenda.

Global Campaign Development – Lead the creator approach for high-profile global campaigns, from insight to execution, ensuring local market relevance.

Stakeholder Management – Influence and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (Director & VP level), positioning creator work as a growth driver.

Innovation & Trends – Stay ahead of cultural, platform, and creator trends; identify opportunities for experimentation and pilot programmes across markets.

Creative Storytelling – Build compelling decks and presentations that sell in complex strategies with clarity and impact.

Measurement & Insights – Define success frameworks, partner with insights teams to showcase ROI, and continuously optimise global creator activity.

Team & Partner Collaboration – Work with internal creative, media, and influencer teams, as well as external partners and local market leads, to bring strategies to life.
What We\’re Looking For
✅ 6-10 years\’ experience in senior strategy roles within global creative/social agencies
✅ Strong background in creator marketing, influencer strategy, and platform partnerships
✅ Proven track record of delivering multi-market/global campaigns for major consumer brands
✅ Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders at Director/VP level
✅ Highly skilled in building decks, frameworks, and storytelling that drive alignment
✅ Knowledge of beauty, wellness, or consumer lifestyle industries is highly desirable
✅ Ability to balance big-picture thinking with operational detail, thriving in fast-moving environments
