Are you a commercially astute, data-driven people leader ready to own and scale the growth engine for one of the fastest-growing challenger brands in the wellness space? We are looking for a Head of Growth to define and drive performance across acquisition, retention, and a fast-growing subscription model. This is a defining opportunity to scale a values-led brand with global ambitions, reporting directly to the Founder and acting as a key member of the leadership team.
You’ll be at the helm of our digital performance, leading full-funnel strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube, while architecting continuous conversion‑rate optimisation (CRO) and high-performing lifecycle marketing journeys across email and SMS. You’ll own the entire growth loop: scaling paid media, improving retention, reducing churn to increase LTV, and connecting our Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC) success with our emerging retail channels.
Success in this role requires a strategic mind with deep technical expertise, comfortable both setting the vision and being hands‑on in the data, with a clear understanding of CAC, ROAS, payback periods, and retention drivers. Beyond the numbers, you will be an inspirational leader who builds, coaches, and develops our in‑house growth function, ensuring brand, creative, and performance teams fire in perfect sync.
We’re looking for anyone with senior‑level growth experience in a high‑growth consumer brand (DTC and omnichannel) and a proven track record of scaling subscription revenue.
Location & Workplace Policy: London or Dubai Hybrid working (London 2 days office, Dubai 4 days office)
Salary & Benefits: £90,000 - £100,000 (flexible depending on level of experience) 25 days holiday, pension, bonus/shares options to be discussed.
