We’re on the hunt for a world-class digital leader to join one of the UK’s most exciting and fastest-growing outdoor and lifestyle brands.
Rooted in performance, inspired by skate and surf culture, and built with creativity at its core — this brand is scaling fast, challenging industry norms, and crafting a future-forward legacy.
As Head of Digital , you’ll lead the global digital ecosystem — across eCommerce, CRM, social, and performance marketing — owning the full funnel and playing a key strategic role in how the product and brand show up across every digital touchpoint.
You’ll be joining a highly collaborative, creative, and ambitious team, working at the intersection of brand, product, and growth — with a huge opportunity to shape digital strategy, build high-performing teams, and drive meaningful impact in a business with serious momentum.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve the digital strategy to drive brand and commercial growth
- Own key DTC metrics: revenue, traffic, conversion, CAC, and retention
- Align digital plans with product drops, campaigns, and broader brand moments
eCommerce & Site Experience
- Oversee the end-to-end online shopping experience, from UX to merchandising
- Collaborate with dev and design teams to optimise journeys and boost conversion
- Ensure the site reflects a premium, on-brand identity while scaling performance
Performance Marketing
- Manage all paid digital channels (search, social, retargeting, affiliates)
- Build data-driven acquisition and retention strategies to grow ROAS
- Lead and manage agency or internal performance teams
CRM & Retention
- Own email, SMS, and lifecycle marketing across all customer segments
- Deliver personalised, high-impact campaigns with clear commercial goals
- Ensure brand consistency across all owned digital comms
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks across all digital touchpoints
- Use insights to continually iterate and improve strategy and execution
- Implement CRO and A/B testing to drive incremental gains
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead and grow a high-performing digital team across eComm, CRM, and social
- Build a collaborative, data-led team culture
- Partner closely with Brand, Creative, Commercial, and Product teams
