Job Description
Major Players are partnering with an established independent, global social and digital marketing agency to recruit for a Head of Creative Services.
Together, we are looking for a strategic, charismatic and adaptable leader to oversee the entire creative project life cycle, from planning to delivery. This is a crucial role where you'll be the central link between Creative, Production, Social, and Accounts teams, ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standard.
Responsibilities:
- Creative Operations & Delivery: lead the planning and workflow for all creative campaigns, owning the structure and pace of projects to ensure excellence. You'll champion scalable processes, from technology to AI software, to boost studio efficiency.
- Team & Resource Leadership: as well as managing the multidisciplinary studio team you will oversee resource planning and operations.
- Creative Standards & Quality Control: translate briefs into actionable plans and ensure all creative output meets the agency's high internal standards and compliance requirements.
- Process Innovation & Growth: Identify bottlenecks, implement new tools, and continuously evolve creative processes. You will always foster a culture of continuous improvement, pushing for smarter ways of working with an energizing and uplifting leadership style.
Experience required:
The ideal candidate will have established experience in a creative operations role as well as being from a production background – which is a key element to understanding and delivering in the role overall. You must have proven experience working within a social/digital marketing agency, ideally working with entertainment clients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and scale multi-disciplinary creative teams.
- Excellent knowledge of creative workflows, resourcing tools, and project management systems.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and a drive to build structure in fast-moving environments.
Hours: Full time
Salary: £75-80,000 depending on experience
Office location: East London
Office requirements: Flexible hybrid working, 2 days per week in the office (the more the better)
