Job Description
Rare opportunity for a Head of Creative with a proven background in Art Direction to join the team at a beauty/lifestyle brand
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and execute a content strategy that supports brand, product, and commercial goals across all platforms (In stores, ecommerce, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, email, events, and more)
– Oversee the concepting and production of best-in-class content. From short- form video and tutorials to model casting, product launches, and behind- the-scenes moments
– Conceptualise, capture and edit high-quality photo and video concepts for social, digital, retail and media, including tutorials, BTS, product swatches and ASMR videos.
– Lead and mentor an in-house creative team fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and agility
– Shoot Direction: Lead art direction for business on set for video and photoshoots concept to retouching.
– Along with brand team, act as guardian for brand's visual identity.
Skills & Experience
– Proven and professional working in art direction, photography or videography roles within beauty, fashion or lifestyle.
– Proven ability to lead creative teams and deliver innovative campaigns across digital, social, retail, and packaging.
– Strong photography and/or video editing skills with a portfolio that showcases brand-level content.
– Experience planning, producing, and editing content end-to-end – from creative concept to finished asset.
– A strategic, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-moving environment.
Salary & Benefits
