I'm working with a fast-growing, founder-led digital agency that's at an exciting inflection point. They've built a brilliant reputation, a loyal client base and a talented team - and now they're ready to bring in a senior Head of Client Services to take ownership of the client function and help scale it properly. This is a newly created role, built to free up the founders and give the business the senior client leadership it needs to grow. You'll be the person who shapes how the agency shows up for its clients - and builds a function that retains, grows and delights them.
What the role involves:
- Leading and owning the client services function end-to-end
- Building and managing a high-performing client services team
- Acting as the senior point of contact for key client relationships
- Partnering closely with delivery, strategy, and leadership teams
- Developing processes and structures that support sustainable growth
- Transitioning day-to-day client ownership away from the founders
What we're looking for:
- Senior client services experience within an independent digital or creative agency
- DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) experience is essential
- A track record of growing and retaining client accounts
- Low ego, high ownership — someone who leads from the front
- Experience building or scaling a client services function
- Strong commercial acumen and natural relationship builder
This is a genuinely exciting brief - a high-impact role with real autonomy inside a culture that values people who think and act like owners.
