Contract: 3-month freelance (reviewed monthly)

Location: Central London · Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Reports To: Influencer Lead

A well-established creative and influencer agency with a strong track record in beauty and lifestyle. They work with some of the most exciting brands in the market and are growing their TikTok Shop offering rapidly as creator commerce continues to scale. This is a fast-moving team with real ambition in the TikTok Shop space - and they're looking for someone who can hit the ground running.

You'll be the TikTok Shop Creator/Affiliate Manager for a new Saudi makeup brand launching in the UK market - currently at zero GMV and looking to build from the ground up. This is an end-to-end client management role: you'll source creators, manage briefs, review creator's content performance data and provide strategic guidance to a brand finding its feet in a new market. You'll be supported by a freelance junior influencer exec and will work closely with the wider influencer team. Client-facing confidence is essential - you'll be in meetings and on emails with the brand regularly.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Source creators and build a talent community via Lark
  • Manage all briefs and content approvals with the client
  • Review GMV performance and produce data reporting to improve creators' content
  • Manage community group chats with a relationship-building focus
  • Provide strategic guidance to a brand new to the UK TikTok Shop landscape
  • Act as day-to-day client contact - meetings, emails, updates

What We're Looking For:

  • TikTok Shop platform experience - creator & affiliate specifically (not general social)
  • Understanding of creator-led commerce and how to drive GMV
  • Agency background preferred - social / influencer first
  • Beauty vertical experience is a strong bonus
  • Confident in client-facing situations - comfortable leading meetings and managing comms
  • Organised, self-sufficient and comfortable managing up
