Role Overview
We are seeking a Freelance Creative Event Producer to support the delivery of a high-profile event in New York City. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the styling and furniture curation, as well as overseeing print production and management throughout the pre-production phase and onsite during the event.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on event styling, design curation, and furniture selection to align with the client's brand and event objectives.
- Collaborate with internal creative, production, and client service teams to ensure all design elements meet the brief.
- Manage print production, including briefing designers, sourcing suppliers, overseeing proofing, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with local NYC vendors and partners to facilitate smooth event build and delivery.
- Support onsite production during the build (15–16 Sept) and live event (17–18 Sept).
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay within budget and manage relevant costs associated with styling and print.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Creative Producer or Event Producer with a focus on styling and print management.
- Demonstrated experience working on international events, particularly in the US market, is a plus.
- Strong understanding of design-led event execution and production logistics.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and adapt to evolving requirements.
- Willingness to travel to NYC for onsite delivery.
