Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of brand activations and campaigns.
  • Nurture relationships with suppliers and PR/advertising/creative agency partners.
  • Maintain excellent communication with key stakeholders.
  • Be proactive in learning about new suppliers and proactively attend industry events to develop relationships.
  • Create and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, schedules, and status reports.
  • Translate client objectives into actionable project plans with clear deliverables, ensuring activations are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Maintain financial control of client budgets, including pricing, profit, budget approvals and payments.
  • Oversee internal teams and ensure everyone is up to date on project timelines.

Experience required:

  • Proven experience (at least 2 years) working in an experiential / brand activation agency, with extensive knowledge of planning and on-site activations.
  • Excellent organisational skills (both written and verbal) with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A calm demeanor and the ability to multi-task; you will be working across a number of activations with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment, think on your feet and take appropriate actions to resolve any unforeseen issues as they arise.
  • Budget management experience, including supplier negotiation and reconciliation.

Hours: Full time

Salary: £30,000-40,000 (depending on experience)

Office requirements: 3 days per week in the office
