We are seeking a creative and highly organized Events Producer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of events that engage audiences, elevate our brand, and deliver exceptional experiences. Whether it's a corporate conference, product launch, internal event, or virtual experience, you'll bring a strategic mindset and hands-on approach to every detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, produce, and manage live, virtual, and hybrid events from concept to execution
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to define event objectives and deliverables
- Develop timelines, budgets, production schedules, and run-of-show documents
- Source venues, negotiate contracts, and manage logistics such as AV, catering, staging, and staffing
- Oversee event branding, communications, and promotional strategies in alignment with company goals
- Ensure seamless event execution and provide on-site or virtual event management
- Track and analyze event performance metrics and ROI for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in producing and managing a variety of events (corporate, B2B, consumer-facing, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to fast-changing environments
- Proficiency with event management tools, platforms, and virtual event technologies
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
