Are you a hands-on email marketer who’s comfortable working with data and driving growth? Join a global platform that brings together content, marketplace services, and data to support a specialist community of buyers and sellers. You’ll lead email marketing across multiple product areas and help shape a new customer engagement platform as the business undergoes a key tech upgrade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end email marketing strategy and execution across core B2C products
- Lead B2B CRM initiatives to support sales and funnel growth
- Drive personalised, automated campaigns on Braze, optimising journeys and A/B testing for maximum impact
- Write compelling, brand-aligned email copy that engages and converts diverse audiences
- Manage and mentor a Marketing Assistant supporting email marketing activities
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in email or CRM marketing, ideally within a digital or product-led business
- Hands-on experience with Braze or similar customer engagement platforms
- Excellent copywriting skills and clear communication with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Proven ability managing or mentoring junior team members
