This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially minded ecommerce specialist to take ownership of multi-channel digital trading. Operating across both direct-to-consumer and key marketplace channels, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, improving performance efficiency, and optimising the full customer journey. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys working with data, and can confidently balance trading, marketing performance, and operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end ecommerce trading strategy across DTC and marketplace channels
- Manage pricing, promotions, and campaign activity to drive revenue and margin performance
- Optimise marketplace performance (including listings, stock flow, and profitability)
- Lead paid acquisition activity across channels such as Google, paid social, and retail media platforms
- Identify and implement CRO improvements to enhance on‑site performance and customer journey
- Build and maintain trading calendars, reporting frameworks, and performance dashboards
- Collaborate with external agency partners to deliver best‑in‑class campaign execution
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing ecommerce trading across DTC and/or marketplace environments
- Strong understanding of performance marketing channels including paid search and paid social
- Experience working with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify or similar
- Highly data‑driven with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements
- Comfortable managing agency relationships and driving performance outcomes
- Experience within consumer goods, retail, or high‑growth brands is advantageous
