Job Description
We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling fashion DTC brand to find an ambitious E-Commerce Manager to own the day-to-day trading of their Shopify website. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and knows how to optimise every part of the online shopping experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Take full ownership of website performance: net revenue, conversion rate, average order value, and growth KPIs.
- Lead visual merchandising and onsite content, creating campaigns that drive both engagement and sales.
- Use analytics and CRO tools to test ideas, optimise the funnel, and generate incremental revenue.
- Collaborate with Brand, Commercial, Finance, and Marketing teams on product launches and campaigns.
- Partner with tech teams to implement tools and processes that enhance website performance.
- Keep the brand ahead of e-commerce trends with best-in-class CRO and trading practices.
-
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years managing e-commerce for a fashion or high-growth DTC brand (Shopify Plus experience preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using GA4, HotJar, and other CRO tools.
- Knowledge of paid media and demand generation, especially social channels.
- A “shopkeeper” mentality — obsessed with delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Ability to blend data-driven insights with creative visual merchandising and UX.
- Confident, independent, and collaborative, able to influence and lead across teams.
-
Why this role is exciting:
- Join a hyper-growth fashion brand on a rapid scaling trajectory.
- Take full ownership of the e-commerce channel and impact business growth directly.
- Hands-on, creative, and collaborative environment in Northwest London (on-site, 5 days).
If you’re a fashion or high-growth e-commerce professional ready to make a big impact, this could be your next challenge.
