We have partnered with a sportswear brand on the search for a new E-commerce Manager, focused on building a distinctive global presence through merchandise, digital experiences and fan engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce Store Management
- Oversee the daily operation of the Shopify storefront, ensuring the site remains accurate, stable and fully optimised
- Create and update products, collections and merchandising content to support launches and campaigns
- Implement website updates and new content, ensuring all changes are tested and delivered on schedule
- Maintain strong site presentation and functionality during peak traffic moments and product drops
CRM & Customer Engagement
- Execute CRM campaigns using Klaviyo, including email communications linked to launches and marketing initiatives
- Manage and optimise lifecycle email flows such as welcome, post-purchase and retention journeys
- Support updates and messaging across the brand’s store app
- Assist with the rollout and day-to-day management of a loyalty programme, including reward structures and communications
- Track CRM performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement
Customer Journey & Conversion
- Ensure product and collection pages present merchandise in a clear and compelling way
- Support testing and optimisation initiatives aimed at improving user experience and conversion
- Help maintain a consistent and on-brand journey across ecommerce, email and app channels
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor ecommerce and CRM performance metrics on a daily and weekly basis
- Contribute to reporting on site performance, engagement and customer retention
- Support post-launch and campaign analysis to identify improvements
Collaboration
- Work closely with creative teams to implement visual assets across digital platforms
- Partner with marketing to ensure ecommerce activity aligns with campaigns and key brand moments
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
About You
- 2–4 years’ experience in ecommerce, CRM or digital merchandising
- Practical experience managing a Shopify store
- Familiarity with Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platform
- Exposure to loyalty programmes or app-based customer experiences is beneficial
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proactive and motivated to continue developing within ecommerce
