What you’ll be doing:
- Owning performance-led media plans across CTV, video, display, search, social and affiliates
- Digging into historic data to uncover what really drives ROI — frequency, targeting, pricing, messaging and more
- Partnering with Measurement leads to build attribution and econometric frameworks that prove what’s working
- Managing day-to-day campaign delivery, budgets and reporting with total accuracy
- Mentoring a Planning Executive and helping shape the next generation of planning talent
- Getting hands‑on with industry-leading planning and reporting platforms
What we’re looking for:
- Agency experience in digital/performance media planning (Exec level and up)
- Strong grasp of ROI channels: CTV, video, display, search, social, affiliates
- Comfort presenting from platform and building data-led stories
- A detail-obsessed, proactive problem-solver who thrives managing multiple stakeholders
- Bonus points for PowerBI, e-commerce or B2C marketing experience
