What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning performance-led media plans across CTV, video, display, search, social and affiliates
  • Digging into historic data to uncover what really drives ROI — frequency, targeting, pricing, messaging and more
  • Partnering with Measurement leads to build attribution and econometric frameworks that prove what’s working
  • Managing day-to-day campaign delivery, budgets and reporting with total accuracy
  • Mentoring a Planning Executive and helping shape the next generation of planning talent
  • Getting hands‑on with industry-leading planning and reporting platforms

What we’re looking for:

  • Agency experience in digital/performance media planning (Exec level and up)
  • Strong grasp of ROI channels: CTV, video, display, search, social, affiliates
  • Comfort presenting from platform and building data-led stories
  • A detail-obsessed, proactive problem-solver who thrives managing multiple stakeholders
  • Bonus points for PowerBI, e-commerce or B2C marketing experience
