We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Engagement Lead to join a global brand’s Digital Consumer Engagement division. In this role, you will help define and execute digital-first strategies to engage adult audiences, working closely with cross-functional teams including product, e-commerce, and retail. You will be responsible for driving audience growth, developing impactful campaigns, and using data insights to optimize engagement strategies across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement digital-first engagement strategies to recruit and retain audiences
- Lead and activate campaigns that deliver against audience and channel goals
- Work with e-commerce and retail teams to ensure cohesive engagement efforts
- Collaborate with product teams to prioritize campaigns and integrate them into product roadmaps
- Use data and analytics to inform strategies, optimizing for campaign success and growth
- Manage relationships and communication across 6+ divisions in a matrixed organization
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign strategy, or audience engagement
- Proven track record in global brand environments
- Strong matrixed working and stakeholder management experience
- Ability to influence and collaborate with product and content teams
- Data-driven with a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and consumer behavior
