Our client is one of the UK's fastest-growing premium lifestyle brand and its Digital Marketing team is looking for a Digital & Customer Analyst to take ownership of the data that drives it.

This is a standalone analyst role reporting directly into the Chief Growth Officer, who is genuinely hands-on with data and will give you excellent exposure and mentorship from day one.

You’ll be the go-to person for ecommerce tracking, A/B testing and customer database health, working cross-functionally with e Commerce, CRM, Performance Marketing and Development.

It’s a role with real autonomy: you won’t just be a data source people come to, you’ll be spotting opportunities, running the tests, and seeing your recommendations through to results.

What you'll be doing

  • Creating, monitoring and reporting on ecommerce tracking events, keeping data accuracy and integrity front and centre across all tools and platforms.
  • Building dashboards and reports on website performance, customer behaviour and sales trends, including monthly reporting to the board.
  • Owning A/B testing end-to-end: devising and setting up tests with the e Commerce Manager, managing CRO agency relationships, and turning results into clear recommendations.
  • Feeding data-backed insights into the website frontend development roadmap alongside the Development team.
  • Building and monitoring customer cohorts to understand behaviour, lifecycle stages and churn, and analysing overall database health.
  • Providing journey and channel insights to Performance Marketing to support profitable customer acquisition.
  • Partnering with CRM on test plans to improve retention, engagement and lifetime value.

What we're looking for

  • A mid-weight analyst with solid, hands-on experience in digital analytics, customer lifecycle analysis and A/B testing, ideally from ecommerce or another fast-paced digital environment.
  • Confidence owning testing and measurement tools, and managing relationships with external CRO agencies.
  • A strong analytical mindset that turns complex data into clear, commercial recommendations, not just accurate reporting.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports that land with both board-level and team-level audiences.
  • Proficiency with analytics and testing platforms such as Google Analytics, Content Square, Tableau or Power BI — category competence matters more than specific tool experience.
  • A collaborative, cross-functional operator who’s just as comfortable with ecommerce and development as with CRM and performance marketing.
  • Curiosity, drive and attention to detail, with the confidence to have a point of view and back it.
  • Comfortable prioritising independently in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Location & Workplace Policy
  • West London
  • 3 days office, 2 days WFH
  • Salary & Benefits
  • £38,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on level and experience
  • 23 days holiday (rising with service), pension, healthcare cash plan, enhanced parental leave, cycle to work and tech schemes

We offer equal opportunities to all candidates regardless of race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, age, and other protected status as required by applicable law.
