Job Description

Fantastic new role for a Multifaceted Content Designer & editor to join a vibrant lifestyle brand creating playful, comfort-first loungewear and activewear.

Key Responsibilities

– Develop and oversee creative content across website, e-mail marketing, paid social advertising, organic social stories, print, and OOH.

– Edit and produce engaging video content for digital marketing, social media, and paid campaigns, with a strong focus on storytelling and brand consistency.

– Ensure high standards of image retouching providing guidance and stepping in hands-on during peak workloads.

– Establish and manage efficient design workflows within the Design team, optimising processes from briefing through to final delivery.

– Provide creative direction and support to a Junior Designer and Retoucher, fostering skill development and growth.

Skills & Experience

– Experience in the fashion or lifestyle sector, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design, video editing, motion graphics and print work.

– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects,

Premiere Pro) and other design tools.

– Good retouching skills with experience overseeing workflows and maintaining high

standards.

– Excellent knowledge of brand identity and maintaining visual consistency across multiple

platforms.

– Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally

with various teams.

– Highly organised with excellent time management skills, able to balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
