I am working with a fantastic forward-thinking digital team looking for a talented Design Lead to help shape and deliver beautiful, effective digital experiences, particularly in the eCommerce space.

About the Role

The Design Lead will play a key role within the design team, owning the full process from early UX thinking to polished UI execution. This person will work closely with engineering and product colleagues in a fast-moving, agile environment. There’s a high level of creative freedom in the role, along with the opportunity to contribute to the broader vision and push the creative and technical boundaries of eCommerce design.

  • A digital design expert, ideally with strong eCommerce experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital design, including 3+ years in an agency or studio setting
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI work and creative leadership
  • Proficiency in Figma and experience with tools like Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Bonus: familiarity with motion or prototyping tools (e.g. After Effects)
  • A self-starter who stays current with design trends and tools
  • Strong communicator and collaborator with excellent organisational skills
  • An eye for detail and a drive for quality
