A fast-growing sports-tech brand is looking for a CRM Manager to own their audience end-to-end, turning app downloads, sign-ups and customers into engaged, paying customers. The business uses AI-powered coaching technology to help everyday athletes improve at their sport, and has built a large, loyal community over the last few years. They're now launching an exciting new lower-cost product tier that's set to bring a huge wave of new users into the funnel, making CRM one of the most important channels in the business. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role reporting directly into the Performance Marketing Lead, with real impact tracked at leadership level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow the audience through lead generation, managing budget and tracking cost per contact
- Get consent right, welcome new users well, and keep the database clean and healthy
- Nurture and segment a large, varied audience so the right message reaches the right person
- Spot rising intent and run sales campaigns around the key moments of the season
- Write and build emails, in-app messages, push notifications, blog content and landing pages
- Protect deliverability so messages consistently land in the main inbox
- Report on what the audience is worth (including LTV and churn) and run a steady stream of tests
Skills & Experience Required:
- Around 2-3 years' CRM/lifecycle marketing experience within a consumer, D2C or subscription business
- A strong writer who starts with user insight, not just guesswork
- Already using AI tools to speed up your day-to-day work
- Comfortable owning a channel end-to-end in a small, high-autonomy, fast-paced team
- A genuine passion for skiing is non-negotiable
- Nice to have: hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a similar ESP

- Own one of the most important growth channels in a fast-scaling, category-defining business
- High-visibility role with direct access to senior leadership
