The Opportunity
This company is looking for a truly imaginative and strategically-minded Creative Strategist to join their energetic team. Key Responsibilities
- Creative Vision & Strategy: The Creative Strategist will lead the development of powerful creative strategies for a diverse range of clients in sports, events, and destination marketing. - Present & Persuade: The Creative Strategist will confidently present creative strategies and concepts to internal teams and clients, articulating the "why" behind their ideas and how they will captivate audiences and achieve objectives.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Creative Writing, or a related field.
- [X+] years of experience in a strategic or creative role within an advertising agency, marketing firm, or in-house creative team, with a strong preference for experience in sports, entertainment, or destination marketing.
- A proven track record of developing highly creative and effective strategies that have driven measurable engagement and results.
- A strong intuitive understanding of what makes compelling content, especially for social media.
- Excellent ability to interpret research and insights to fuel creative thinking, rather than just report on data.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; the individual can craft compelling narratives and present complex ideas with clarity and passion.
