Are you a Creative Project Manager who is highly organised, resilient and looking for your next challenge? Major Players are partnering with a reputable in-house studio to recruit for a 12 month fixed term contract. You will be working closely with Film Makers, Designers, Editors, Motion Graphics and a Web Development team, responding to daily briefs to work on a wide variety of projects ranging from event and campaign material to website designs and digital animation. You will play a key role in ensuring all processes and procedures are in place to ensure the smooth running of the department as well as developing and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyse project briefs and coordinate deliverables, briefing and guiding the team on potential risks, and manage timelines.
- Provide clients with cost estimates and timelines for all deliveries.
- Conduct meetings on and off-site with clients.
- Collaborate with team members in the development of creative concepts and implement a clear production plan of action that meets clients' objectives, on time and within budget.
- Coordinate production calendar with team lead to ensure all projects are resourced appropriately.
- Maintain an up-to-date internal status sheet of all live briefs and work in production using Monday.com.
- Where required, ensure on behalf of the client via business affairs that usage rights are secured as per brief and advise clients when usage rights are due to expire.
- Ensure that all outputs meet client requirements, are ran through QC and approved before the work is released.
- Develop status reports and work with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
- Attend campaign 'wash-up' meetings with clients to identify future learnings that can be applied to the following campaigns and build further relationships with the clients.
Essential experience:
- 3-5+ years of experience in a PM producing role within a creative environment.
- Previous experience working within an agency and being client facing.
- Integrated experience working across multiple channels, including print, events and motion.
Desirable experience:
- Previous experience working in a Creative Studio environment, in-house.
Start date: W/C 14th July 2025
Contract length: 12 months, with the view to going permanent
Hours: Full time
Salary: £45,000 (up to £50,000 depending on experience)
Office location: East London
Office requirements: 3 days per week in the office (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday)
