This agency has built a reputation for delivering serious commercial results, specialising in paid social, paid search, performance creative, and retention for some exciting D2C brands. With an in-house creative production function, a tight-knit team, and a culture built on full ownership and growth, they're now looking for a sharp creative strategist to take the reins on client accounts. You'll manage accounts end-to-end, building creative testing roadmaps, developing high-converting concepts, and using AI-powered workflows to extract insight and drive performance. Key Responsibilities
- Develop performance-driven creative strategies aligned to client KPIs across paid social channels
- Build and manage comprehensive creative testing roadmaps based on audience research and data insights
- Analyse creative performance metrics (hook rates, hold rates, CVR, engagement) to identify opportunities and iterate
- Brief creative concepts and iterations to in-house videographers, editors, and designers
- Use AI workflows to conduct deep-dive audience research, competitor analysis, and messaging strategy
- Deliver clear, insight-rich creative performance reports that tell the story behind the numbers
- Collaborate closely with paid social specialists and UGC creators to optimise creative output
