We are looking for a high-velocity Senior Consultant to lead our Digital Marketing desk partnering with global giants like TikTok, Netflix, and Uber to find the talent driving the digital economy. You will have the autonomy to run a specialized 360 desk focused on high-margin digital roles from Performance and SEO to CRM and Growth Marketing.

  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates across the digital marketing sector
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing lasting partnerships with brands
  • Expanding client accounts and cross-selling opportunities to other teams
  • Championing the Major Players brand through excellent service and strong personal branding

Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role specifically within Digital Marketing or related tech/creative sectors.

Strong business development skills with a track record of strong billing revenue.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

A proactive, self-driven attitude with a passion for the creative industries.
