Major Players are partnering with an established, independent strategic creative branding agency that is entering a new phase of growth. With over 20 years in the industry and a strong reputation for high-quality, internationally recognised work, the agency is now looking to appoint a senior Client Services Director / Senior Client Lead to strengthen and stabilise its client leadership function.
This is a key leadership hire and a genuine opportunity to help shape the future of a creatively led business. The successful candidate will act as the senior commercial anchor within the agency, bringing structure, clarity and commercial rigour while respecting and protecting a strong creative culture.
The role sits on the leadership team and works closely with the Managing Director, Founder and senior creative leadership.
Overview Key responsibilities Act as the senior partner across all major client relationships.
Lead strategic conversations with senior client stakeholders.
Ensure work is delivered to a consistently high standard: creatively, strategically and commercially.
Commercial & financial leadership Own the commercial health of accounts, including forecasting, scoping, resourcing and profitability.
Bring a strong commercial mindset to a creative-first environment.
Identify risks and opportunities across accounts and support sustainable growth.
Remain actively involved in resourcing, scheduling and project tracking.
Support project delivery across branding, digital and integrated campaigns.
Work closely with creative, strategy and production to ensure smooth execution.
