We’re partnering with a fast-growing healthcare business that are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join on a 3-6 month fixed-term contract to lead strategic project focused on launching and scaling existing products and new offerings. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You’ll take ownership of proposition development, go-to-market planning and integrated campaign execution for a consumer service in a highly trust-driven category. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you’ll play a key role in shaping how these services are positioned and brought to market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing strategy and go-to-market planning for a flagship health product.
- Refine product positioning, messaging and value propositions to improve customer appeal and conversion.
- Deliver an integrated campaign across paid media, digital, PR and owned channels.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across product, operations and digital teams.
- Manage external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and on budget.
- Partner with the digital team to optimise website performance and conversion journeys.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role with responsibility for strategy and execution.
- Strong background in product or proposition marketing.
- Experience launching and scaling consumer-facing products or services.
- Excellent integrated campaign planning and delivery skills.
- Confident managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in healthcare or similarly trust-based categories is beneficial but not essential.
Project Scope & Duration
3–6 month fixed-term contract, starting ASAP. Salary £55,000 - £65,000 pro rata.
Location & Workplace Policy
Primarily remote, with occasional travel to London for meetings.
