Major Players is working with an established creative agency in London, with a collaborative culture and strong staff retention. This is a newly created role, not a backfill, owning two well-known brand accounts across digital and physical (retail, shopper, print). You'll work within existing, established brand guidelines across in-store and digital touchpoints, with meticulous, systems-led design. This role has significant autonomy day to day, including fronting client calls and presentations.
You'll be:
- Owning design delivery across two key accounts in depth, not darting between many
- Working within established brand systems, and potentially helping evolve them
- Fronting client calls and presentations with confidence
- Giving design direction, with scope to grow into a more senior creative role over time
- Producing accurate, print-ready and digital-ready work to tight timelines
What we're looking for:
- Strong design background with experience in in-store, retail or brand campaign work
- Comfortable working within established brand guidelines rather than starting from a blank page
- Proven print and digital range, not just one
- Confident and personable, this is a close-knit, collaborative team
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, Figma a bonus
Salary: £55,000-£60,000
Location: London, hybrid
