This is a brilliant opportunity to join a fast-growing, founder-led D2C wellness brand at an exciting point in its journey. The business is investing heavily in performance marketing and is looking for a smart, curious and hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to help unlock the next phase of growth. You’ll work closely with the founders and Head of Performance, shaping how paid acquisition evolves across channels, creative and customer journeys. This is a role for someone who enjoys testing ideas, learning quickly, and seeing their work make a visible impact. You’ll have real autonomy, strong support, and the space to do great work!
Key Responsibilities- Own and scale paid performance across Meta, TikTok, Google and Pinterest
- Lead structured creative testing across messaging, formats and visuals
- Write clear creative briefs and work closely with in-house design/content teams
- Own landing page testing and funnel optimisation to improve CVR
- Analyse performance daily, turning insights into rapid iteration
- Track and improve CAC, ROAS and blended MER
- Report performance clearly using Google Sheets, Motion and platform dashboards
- Test emerging platforms, audiences and formats
- Support and optimise Amazon Ads as part of the wider acquisition mix
- 3+ years hands-on performance marketing experience
- Proven ability to profitably scale paid acquisition (Meta, TikTok, Google minimum)
- Strong creative testing mindset - not just media buying
- Comfortable owning both strategy and execution
- In-house D2C experience (strongly preferred)
- Experience launching or rebuilding acquisition from first principles
- Exposure to Pinterest or Amazon Ads
- Direct access to founders and real influence over growth strategy
