A fast-growing, market-leading B2B SaaS platform is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and drive its UK demand generation efforts. This is a newly created role within a small, globally distributed marketing team. You'll be the senior marketing presence in the UK, operating autonomously day-to-day, with the trust and freedom to run campaigns end-to-end without hand-holding. The platform has strong product-market fit, an established customer base of major enterprise clients, and a solid library of case studies and content to build from.
If you're a hands-on B2B growth marketer with deep LinkedIn Ads expertise and a SaaS background, and you want genuine ownership of a market rather than a siloed channel role, this is worth a conversation.
Key responsibilities- Own and run LinkedIn ad campaigns end-to-end, build, test, optimise and report
- Lead account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to engage key target accounts
- Test and iterate on messaging to identify what resonates with a niche B2B audience
- Drive lead generation and work closely with sales to convert interest into pipeline
- Collaborate with sales and customer success to keep campaigns grounded in real customer insight
- Use a hypothesis-driven approach, experiment, gather feedback, iterate
- Leverage tools including AI-enabled workflows to scale and personalise campaigns
- Work cross-functionally with a globally distributed team including designer and content resource
- Experience running and optimising LinkedIn ad campaigns - essential
- B2B SaaS background strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of demand generation, ABM and lead enrichment
- Analytically minded, able to interpret data and translate insight into action
- Comfortable working autonomously with a remote manager in a different timezone
- Happy staying on the tools, this is an individual contributor role for the foreseeable future
