A high-growth B2B SaaS platform in the consumer space is looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to lead acquisition and expansion across UK and US markets.

With strong VC-backing and a globally recognised client base, this is a rare opportunity to step into a senior, high-ownership marketing role at a pivotal moment.

This is a strategic and hands-on role sitting at the heart of the marketing leadership team. You'll own performance marketing, demand generation, AI-enhanced content, and growth metrics end-to-end, working closely with Sales, RevOps and the Marketing Director to drive measurable pipeline across two markets.

  • Own multi-channel digital growth strategy across paid media (Google, LinkedIn), email, SEO and AI search for UK and US markets
  • Drive demand generation and ABM strategies to engage mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Build and execute structured A/B testing frameworks and growth experimentation programmes
  • Own the website strategy in partnership with the Head of Brand and Content
  • Manage Google Ads strategy, scrutinising and directing external consultant performance

7+ years of B2B SaaS growth marketing experience with a strong track record of driving revenue.

Deep understanding of performance marketing, demand generation and multi-channel acquisition.

Strong metrics orientation and ability to attribute marketing activity clearly to pipeline and revenue.

Confident with AI marketing tools and appetite to build AI into workflows.

Take full ownership of growth marketing strategy and execution across two major markets.
