A globally recognised fashion and lifestyle brand with 60+ stores across Europe and a social community of over 10 million is looking for a CRM Manager to lead retention, loyalty and multi-channel customer lifecycle programmes at a pivotal stage of growth.
As the right-hand to the Head of Retention & Loyalty, you'll own end-to-end CRM across Email, Push and SMS, spanning 5 websites and 3 channels, while shaping loyalty programmes, driving personalisation at scale, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities- Lead design, build and optimisation of best-in-class customer journeys focused on retention, personalisation and localisation.
- Own the full multi-channel CRM calendar across Email, Push, SMS and future channels across 5 websites.
- Drive weekly performance reporting, translating data into clear storytelling and actionable insight for senior teams.
- Partner with global tech and analytics to evolve segmentation, lifecycle stages and event triggers.
- Take full ownership of retention and loyalty programme CRM elements, from brief through to execution.
- Work with performance marketing, brand and retail teams on database growth and acquisition initiatives.
- Coach and manage a team of 2 CRM coordinators, embedding agile test-and-learn practices.
- 4–5+ years of CRM management experience in a consumer-facing, high-volume environment (retail or D2C strongly preferred).
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable platforms (Braze, Responsys, not Mailchimp).
- Proven omni-channel experience across Email, Push and SMS.
- Strong analytical skills, able to turn data into commercial insight and recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills in complex, cross-functional organisations.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
