We're looking for a Commerce/Comms strategist to shape 2027 global campaigns. Working at the intersection of brand, creativity and commerce. You’ll take big campaign ideas and ensure they translate into clear, compelling customer journeys that drive engagement, purchase and long-term loyalty.
You’ll play a key role in defining how brand and creative ideas translate into clear commercial, retail and media strategies, working closely with brand and comms strategy partners. This is a highly strategic role with real influence across paid & owned channels.
Key Responsibilities- Build and define global commerce and communications strategies that inform campaign creative, activations and content planning
- Translate brand ideas into connected customer journeys across owned, operated and third-party retail channels
- Guide creative teams on what works, from formats and messaging to channel and placement
- Use audience insight, research and effectiveness data to inform strategy, while encouraging creative experimentation
- Work closely with marketing, retail, media and creative teams to ensure alignment and consistency across markets
- Take a platform-first approach to communications and asset planning
- Strong commerce and commercial strategy background
- Proven experience in media planning and communications planning
- Ability to turn brand and creative strategy into channel-specific execution
- Confident guiding creative teams on optimised asset creation for paid and owned channels
- Strong understanding of how brand and creative performs across paid media
Project Scope & Duration - ASAP start until June initially
Day Rate - Competitive day rate, dependent on experience.
Location & Workplace Policy - Approx. 1 day pw office based
IR35 Status - Inside, payment via umbrella company
